  • Welcome, and thanks for taking the time to visit the Graham Terhune site! I am Graham, and I am a wedding photographer based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This past june, I married my best friend, Samantha, and together we are raising our puppy Bolo, and enjoying our time together as newlyweds. As with most things, Samantha and I have discovered we work better as a team and have begun shooting engagement sessions and weddings together. We absolutely love getting to know each of our couples during their engagement because it helps to make sure we are all comfortable on the wedding day. We love photographing weddings (in N.C. and everywhere else!) and capturing the significant moments and details that make each celebration unique.

Happy Monday morning!

We had a snuggly and relaxing weekend, but have been excited to share our latest engagement session. We met up with Corrie and Chris last week and headed out to Corrie’s family farm. We loved capturing their engagement photos at a location that was full of special memories. Corrie and Chris are such lovely people on the inside and out, and we had a wonderful time with them. We can’t wait to photograph their August wedding!

We are thrilled to share Corrie and Chris’ engagement shoot video! This is something that we are going to start including with every (!!) engagement session. We can’t wait to help each of our couples preserve the memory of this special time.

I was starving and wanted to sit down and eat my lunch but Nicole told me to check out the new video idea and put the lunch on hold..which I rarely do……and I enjoyed every moment of the two videos posted! I loved it. I dont even have the right words. I loved the video with no sound but the music. What a precious and awesome piece to have with the engagements photographs. Great job Graham and Sam!

Our great friends, Drew and Emily, just welcomed their baby boy into the world! Baby John is adorable and such a natural part of their family. John’s mom says that he is already a “very friendly baby.” Our hearts are so happy for Emily and Drew, and we know that the are already amazing parents. We are beyond thrilled to share our new promotional video with all of you!  This project  been a goal of ours for some time now, and we could not be happier with the work that MacKenzie and Philip, of Ink Spot Crow, have done for us. We love everything about the way our video feels – it feels so natural and captures the way we live, love, work and photograph.

We feel honored that Mackenzie and Philip captured us so beautifully, and we hope that you feel a little something special when you watch.

A big thank you to our lovely featured couple; Mignon and Thomas. We are super excited to capture their Alabama wedding in August!

The Parker Family

We thought we’d start off the new year with some of our great friends! We love this family and are so excited that they will be having a baby boy in April! Marcellus and Aisha are wonderful friends, and we know that they are going to be amazing parents. It was such a treat photographing them the morning after Christmas. UNC’s campus was so calm and still. We had such a great time laughing, and talking about the future for the Parker family. We couldn’t be more excited for them!

Good Morning! We are happy to share a beautiful couple with you on the last Friday in 2011! We met up with Jennifer and Scott on Christmas Eve afternoon and enjoyed snapping some photographs in Meadowmont. Jennifer and Scott are adorable together and we had so much fun getting to know each other a little bit better. They met and live in Atlanta, but are getting married in Chapel Hill where Jennifer grew up and went to school (Samantha is especially excited for this wedding because Jennifer was a UNC Cheerleader!) We know that their wedding is going to be beautiful, full of love and tons of fun! We can’t wait for May!
